1 day firing in Richard Akers' Fred Olsen Fast Fire kiln. This kiln was designed to fire quickly and without much concern for building up and melting ash. With that in mind, I decided to glaze much of my pots beforehand using a glaze of oak and madrone ash and feldspar.
