Flower bowls with a built-in frog for very precise and creative flower arranging. These have been a favorite of mine to make as of late. And the best part has been seeing the beautiful arrangements that folks utilize them in making. They can be sparse; a single, dramatic and sculptural stem of a lily or orchid. Or full and luscious, creating a focal point or centerpiece of a room or table. Filling the basin with water gives the effect of a small pond that the arrangement springs from.
Multiple sized holes allow for a broad range of stem sizes.
Made of my chocolate stoneware, and woodfired in the train kiln.
