An exploration of a new form that I'm calling a chalice.
It lies somewhere in between a cup, a goblet, and a vase, and should or could be used for any of those purposes.
Elegant and curvy, with a proclivity for style.
A tall shoulder separates this one from its compatriots. It also has a unique perspective on the flower carvings. The ash did a great job highlighting their edges.
Lined with local ash glaze.
